1. Consulting Agreement

By engaging Verdant Yield Partners for field evaluations or soil microbiomics, you agree that all agronomic prescriptions are recommendations based on current environmental data. Weather volatility may impact results.

2. Intellectual Property

The methodologies, including our 3-step implementation process and automated valve synchronization blueprints, remain the intellectual property of Verdant Yield Partners.

3. Limitation of Liability

Verdant Yield Partners shall not be liable for crop loss due to acts of nature, extreme drought conditions outside of historical modeling, or failure to properly execute bi-weekly field adjustments as prescribed.
